Paid Social Specialist

Join our team as a Paid Social Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in driving traffic to our brands' online channels through digital campaigns. We're looking for a dynamic individual with a strong focus on Paid Social, particularly on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, we are seeking someone who is eager to explore and test new platforms such as TikTok. If you're analytical, results-driven, and have a knack for running successful campaigns against stringent KPIs, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Manage digital campaigns across Paid Social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and new platforms like TikTok.
  • Ensure alignment with brand objectives and audience targeting strategies.
  • Execute campaign proposals and strategies in collaboration with the wider marketing and sales team, ensuring consistency and coherence across all channels.

Client Liaison and Internal Coordination:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, including editorial, content, social, and creative services.
  • Coordinate daily with editorial teams to ensure content alignment and timely execution of campaigns.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimise campaigns based on insights gathered, making adjustments to maximise ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

Testing and Experimentation:

  • Explore and test new platforms such as TikTok for potential advertising opportunities.
  • Develop hypotheses and execute experiments to assess the effectiveness of advertising on emerging platforms.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on test results to inform future campaign strategies.

Programmatic Advertising Management:

Manage the execution and launch of programmatic ads in collaboration with the Ad Ops team, ensuring seamless integration with other digital advertising efforts.

Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Paid Social.
  • Well-rounded digital experience with proficiency in Paid Social advertising.
  • Experience or willingness to explore new platforms such as TikTok.
  • Excellent campaign management skills, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of achieving or exceeding KPIs.
