Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Audit and Optimization: Conduct comprehensive audits of our websites to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities for improvement. Implement solutions to enhance crawlability, indexability, and site speed.
  • Keyword Research and Analysis: Perform keyword research to identify valuable search terms and topics relevant to our target audience. Utilise insights to optimise website content and structure for improved search engine rankings.
  • On-Page SEO Optimization: Optimise on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures to enhance keyword relevance and organic visibility. Implement schema markup and structured data where applicable.
  • Technical Implementation: Collaborate with development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations, including site architecture changes, canonicalization, and redirects. Ensure compliance with best practices and search engine guidelines.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Track key SEO metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Mobile Optimization: Optimise websites for mobile usability and performance, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices. Implement mobile-first indexing strategies and address mobile-specific SEO challenges.
  • International SEO: Leverage language and region targeting to optimise websites for Spanish-speaking audiences across the globe. Implement hreflang tags and localise content to improve visibility in relevant markets.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical SEO or a related field.
  • Proficiency in website auditing tools like Screaming Frog or SEMrush.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with SEO analytics tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
